TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FINANCIAL
The Government of Québec’s RénoClimat program is intended for homeowners who wish to carry out work to improve the energy performance of their homes.
Depending on the work performed and the program’s eligibility criteria, you may be eligible for financial assistance for your project.
IS YOUR
HOME ELIGIBLE?
You may be eligible for the RénoClimat program if you own a:
- Single-family home
- Duplex
- Triplex
- Residential building with three storeys or fewer and a maximum floor area of 600 m²
The program also includes an energy assessment of the home before and after the work is completed.
WHAT ARE THE STEPS
INVOLVED IN THE RÉNOCLIMAT PROGRAM?
The process takes place in several steps:
Complete the appointment request form.
A RénoClimat advisor visits your home to assess its energy performance.
The recommended work is carried out according to your project.
A second visit is conducted to assess the improvements made to your home.
Once your application has been reviewed, the financial assistance provided under the program is paid to you.
WHAT INSULATION
WORK MAY BE ELIGIBLE?
RénoClimat provides financial assistance for certain insulation work involving different areas of the home:
- Roof insulation
- Exterior walls
- Foundations
- Crawl space
- Exposed floors
The amount of financial assistance varies depending on the work performed and the program criteria.

HAVE YOU ALREADY RECEIVED ASSISTANCE
THROUGH THE RÉNOCLIMAT PROGRAM?
Having previously received financial assistance through RénoClimat does not prevent you from submitting a new application for other eligible work. Based on the recommendations provided following your energy assessment, Isolation Unik can assist you with your insulation work.
