INSULATION
Isolation Unik uses blown and injected cellulose to meet various thermal insulation needs in the home. It can be used in roofs, ceilings, walls and floors, as well as in certain hard-to-access areas, particularly around framing and pipes. Cellulose can also be used to meet acoustic insulation needs.
SPRAY FOAM INSULATION
Spray polyurethane foam is a versatile thermal insulation material that can be applied to various surfaces, such as concrete, wood and drywall. We use it to insulate walls, ceilings, foundations and crawl spaces, as well as certain hard-to-access areas.
FIREPROOFING
Isolation Unik applies cementitious fireproofing coatings to steel and spray polyurethane foam. These coatings are designed to slow the effects of fire and heat on the components to which they are applied.
POLYUREA
We offer polyurea membrane application, particularly for foundation protection. Once applied, the membrane provides 100% waterproofing and creates a protective barrier against moisture and water infiltration. Polyurea also stands out for its durability, flexibility and resistance to abrasion, impacts and certain chemicals.
SOUNDPROOFING
Cellulose can be used for various acoustic insulation needs in a home. When applied in ceilings, walls or floors, it helps reduce the transmission of noise and vibrations.
