INSULATION
Isolation Unik uses blown and injected cellulose to meet various thermal insulation needs. It can be used in roofs, ceilings, walls and floors, as well as in certain hard-to-access areas, particularly around framing and pipes. Cellulose can also contribute to a building’s acoustic insulation.
SPRAY FOAM INSULATION
Spray polyurethane foam is a versatile thermal insulation material that can be applied to various surfaces, including steel, concrete, wood and drywall. Isolation Unik uses it to insulate walls, ceilings, foundations and crawl spaces, as well as certain hard-to-access areas.
FIREPROOFING
We apply cementitious fireproofing coatings to steel and spray polyurethane foam. These coatings are designed to slow the effects of fire and heat. On steel structures, this type of coating helps delay deformation when exposed to high temperatures.
POLYUREA
Isolation Unik offers polyurea membrane application, particularly for foundation protection. Once applied, the membrane provides 100% waterproofing and creates a protective barrier against moisture and water infiltration. Durable and flexible, polyurea is also resistant to abrasion, impacts and certain chemicals found in the soil.
SOUNDPROOFING
We use cellulose for various acoustic insulation needs. When applied in ceilings, walls or floors, it helps reduce the transmission of noise and vibrations. This solution can be used in various residential, commercial and industrial environments.
