COMMERCIAL INSULATION
Isolation Unik uses blown and injected cellulose for various thermal insulation needs. It can be used in roofs, ceilings, walls and floors, as well as in certain hard-to-access areas. Cellulose can also be used to meet acoustic insulation needs in commercial buildings.
SPRAY FOAM INSULATION
Spray polyurethane foam is a versatile thermal insulation material that can be applied to various surfaces, such as steel, concrete, wood and drywall. We use it to insulate walls, ceilings, foundations and crawl spaces, as well as certain hard-to-access areas.
FIREPROOFING
Isolation Unik applies cementitious fireproofing coatings to steel and spray polyurethane foam. These coatings are designed to slow the effects of fire and heat. On a steel structure, this type of coating helps delay deformation of the material when exposed to high temperatures.
POLYUREA MEMBRANE
We offer polyurea membrane application, particularly for foundation protection. Durable and flexible, this membrane creates a protective barrier against moisture and water infiltration and is resistant to abrasion, impacts and certain chemicals found in the soil.
SOUNDPROOFING
Cellulose can be used for various acoustic insulation needs in commercial buildings. When applied in ceilings, walls or floors, it helps reduce the transmission of noise and vibrations.
